My Services

As your Transaction Coordinator, I will handle the following tasks, manage the paperwork and keep track of timelines from the time the seller accepts the offer through the close of escrow

  • Obtain and review all contracts and documents to ensure accuracy and proper execution
  • Introduce myself as your TC and confirm transaction timeline to all parties involved.
  • Collect any missing signatures, initials or additional details or documents to complete your file.
  • Closely monitor the contingency periods for contractual compliance for all parties involved.
  • Submit /Upload all necessary documentation for broker file compliance
  • Send regular transaction status emails and advise the agent of pending deadlines (AVID, Contingencies, VP, etc.)
  • Provide outstanding communication and excellent service to all parties to the transaction.
  • Assist in all aspects of the “contract to close” process to get to closing
